The first step to creating a business proposal as a PDF is writing the proposal itself. This document should take the needs and requirements of the client into consideration, using language that is professional and is in line with the tone of both your company and the client. It needs to demonstrate that your company has a clear understanding of the client's needs and is capable of meeting them. Achieve this by expanding upon any goals you have already received from the client and include your own assessment of the client's needs. Do not insult the client in this section, but instead highlight ways in which you can help the client improve.
Complete the proposal by outlining exactly how your company plans to help the client meet these goals, including figures and statistics where appropriate. After completing the document, open the File menu and choose the Save As option. From the list of file types, choose PDF and click the Save button to save it as a PDF.Learn more about Business Communications
