Consumers are able to contact VTech technical support via an online contact form on the VTech website or by phone. VTech also has a comprehensive frequently asked questions section where customers can find technical information on VTech products and warranty support that customers can use to return defective items.
To contact VTech technical support, go to the VTechPhones.com main page, select Support on the right side of the toolbar at the top of the page, and click on Contact Us. To use the contact form, select the reason for contact, enter your name, email address and phone number, and explain your need for technical support in the message box. Alternatively, use one of the phone numbers listed below the contact form along with their hours of operation. VTech has separate support phone numbers for the United States and Canada.
To obtain technical support through frequently asked questions in the FAQ section, select Support from the VTechPhones.com main page, and click on FAQs under General. Enter the model number of the product for which you need technical support, and click Go for specific troubleshooting tips on that item. If a product is damaged and needs to be returned or replaced, select Support, click on Warranty under General, click on Warranty Support and Returns, and specify how long ago you purchased the product and whether you have an extended warranty plan. If your product is still under warranty and you have the sales receipt, return it for a replacement.
