To contact the UPS customer service department, go to UPS.com, click Contact UPS at the top-right corner of the home page and then select a contact method from the provided options. The contact options include live chat, email and phone calls.
To chat with a customer care representative from UPS, click Live Chat under Contact UPS. On the new page, select the topic, read the instructions and then click on the chat icon to begin chatting with the next available customer care representative from the company. The online chat feature is available only on weekdays from 7 a.m. to midnight Eastern Daylight Time, according to UPS.
If you want to write an email to the company’s customer care department, click Email UPS under Contact UPS, and then provide the name, email address, category and topic. Click Next to proceed to the next page, and then follow the on-screen instructions to send an email to the company’s customer care department.
For urgent issues, click Call Customer Service under Contact UPS, and then call the numbers provided on the screen. The telephone numbers vary depending on the location of the customer. If you live outside of the U.S., dial the phone numbers located below International Contacts.
