Q-See's technical support chat service is available between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. PDT from Monday to Friday and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Any email sent to the Q-see tech support email has an average response time of two business hours. Customers may make service calls to the company's phone number Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
