While Mazda does not include direct corporate contact info on their Canadian website at Mazda.ca, it may be possible to reach the corporate office by using the contact information for the Customer Relations Centre.
First, point a web browser to Mazda.ca. At the home page, hover the mouse pointer over the Inside Mazda link located on the far right of the header menu at the top of the page. Select the Contact Us link from the drop-down menu. The Contact Us page contains contact information for a variety of Mazda-related matters including Mazda lease inquiries, Mazda finance inquiries, Mazda Roadside Assistance, and vehicle export and import. For general inquiries, use the contact information found in the Customer Relations Centre table at the top of the page.
Acceptable forms of contact include mailing or faxing a letter, calling via their toll-free number at 1-800-263-4680 (as of April 2015) or sending an email by using the form located at the bottom of the page. The hours of operation for calling the Customer Relations Centre are Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. ET.
