Alternatively, to contact the company by email and create a support ticket, go to the Contact Us page and then tick the check box next to Technical Support under Write To Us. Click Create a Ticket and then choose a login method. If you have a Lorex account, provide the login credentials and then click Log In. If you do not have a Lorex account, tick the check box next to Create an Account, provide the name, email address and password, and then click Create an Account.
On the new page, click Create Ticket, choose Technical Support under Inquiry Type, provide your phone number and warranty, and then type the message. Click Submit Ticket to submit the message.
Lorex technical support is available throughout the week from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., except on Sundays. The phone numbers vary depending on the location of the customer. The company offers technical support service in English, French and Spanish languages for local and international customers.
