To contact Amazon Kindle customer service, navigate to the Amazon customer service page, choose the Kindle product, select the issue from the pull-down menu and select the type of support requested. Kindle support can be reached through phone, email and chat, according to Amazon.
Kindle customers who have an Amazon account can find a large selection of support options on the Amazon homepage. Search through the large Kindle Help community before speaking to support. If the answers are not on the Kindle forum, the company makes contacting support fast and easy.

- Describe the issue
- Choose contact method
Scroll to the bottom and place the mouse over Need More Help? to bring up five options to the right. Click Contact Us.
The next page that appears will have tabs at the top listing recent orders, Kindle devices, digital services and Prime membership information. Select the tab called Fire and Kindle tab. Select your device or "My Kindle is not shown."
There is a pull-down menu located under the list of Kindle devices. Select the issue from options such as Kindle Reading App or Fire TV Stick, as shown on the Amazon website.
Choose email to open an email contact form, chat to immediately open a chat window to connect with an Amazon employee or phone.
