If you are contacting CCS to pay a bill, CCS offers an online payment portal. To use this portal, navigate to the CCS Secure Online Payment Processing page, and click Make A Payment. Before continuing, CCS reminds you that it is located in Roanoke, Virginia and to be sure you are making a payment to the correct collection agency.

Once you are sure that you wish to continue with your payment, click Proceed. Next, you must log in using the CCS master number and PIN provided to you in the collection notice sent by CCS. You must also enter the last four digits of your Social Security number. After logging in, you are prompted to make a payment using either a debit or credit card or an electronic funds transfer from your checking or savings account. To use a bank account for payment, you must have your ABA routing number and account number, which can be found on your check or by contacting your bank.
