In response to the billing issue a customer posted about an $11,000 loan, NetCredit posted that the customer's account was going to be settled once he paid the full amount of $3,991.60. The firm urged customers to contact the company if they had further concerns or queries.

NetCredit resolved five complaints in which the complainants were satisfied with the results, the BBB reports. The lender addressed 13 complaints wherein the complainants did not respond as to whether the solutions resolved their problems with the company. One complainant claiming that he did not apply for a loan with the company decided to take the matter to court, as of June 2, 2015.
