Wells Fargo provides online checking account and other account statements free of charge, and it allows customers to read, download and print past statements up to seven years old. The features of Wells Fargo's online statement service include an email notification service tool that sends you notifications when new online statements become available. The bank presents these statements in PDF format, so you need Adobe Reader or another PDF application to view them. In addition to checking accounts, Wells Fargo also provides statements for business, credit card, brokerage and trust accounts.
To view your checking account statements with U.S. Bank, go to the bank website, and click on the Online & Mobile Banking tab on the home page. Scroll down to click on the Online Statements link to view your statements. If you subscribe to Key Bank's online banking service, you automatically stop receiving paper account statements and start receiving them exclusively online.
