People who have ordered an item such as a laptop or phone from the Google Play store can check its status on the "Order History" section of their Google Play account page, which allows users to select from a list of orders. After selecting an order, there's an "Info" link that shows the order's status and tracking number, if available, under the "Status" heading.
Google Play also sends the purchaser emails to confirm the order and to provide the tracking information upon shipping. The shipping confirmation email provides an estimated delivery date. If a person doesn't receive the order and the tracking information says it's been delivered, then the purchaser should contact the shipping company who was supposed to deliver the package.
