Blue Cross plan holders can check their health insurance coverage by logging on to the members-only website of their respective local Blue Cross Blue Shield company. Plan holders can also have their questions about EOBs, paying their bills, prescriptions and any other issues related to their plans answered once they have logged in as members on the website. Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, is an association of more than 30 insurance companies and organizations in the United States.
The following shows how to access the Blue Cross member's website to check insurance coverage or seek answers to any insurance-related questions.

- Sign in as a member
Use a search engine to get to the Blue Cross Blue Shield website and then click on Already A Member to proceed to the Sign In page. Alternatively, type URL directly into the browser to go straight to the list of links of local Blue Cross companies.
Once on the list of Blue Cross company page, select and click on the state or location of local Blue Cross Blue Shield company. Sign in as a member.
After signing in, navigate to the health insurance coverage page to access and examine the details and status of the plan.
