View your CenturyLink bill online by logging into My Account on the company website. The bill summary includes the total amount billed for the month, the amount you owe, the date the bill is due and any pending payments. You can also select View My Bill to see the digital version of the whole bill. The due date listed on the bill applies to current monthly charges. If you have a past-due balance, that amount is due immediately. If you fail to pay this bill, service may be suspended and you may be charged late fees. Contact CenturyLink by phone or using the online chat feature to ask questions about a bill.
In the My Account portal, you can also view previous bills and payment history and choose whether to receive a paper copy of monthly bills or electronic statements. Make one-time payments online and save or update credit card information to set-up recurring payments.
