SalesTrak is used by employees of CrossMark to log their hours. Only retail representatives use SalesTrak to keep track of their hours worked. All other employees use the Tenrox system.
Full-time and part-time retail representatives log their hours daily using the SalesTrak system. Working time must be logged in minutes, which are then converted to hours for determining pay. Work must also be reported the same day that it was performed.
As of March 2015, the minimum computer requirements for using SalesTrak are Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or better and Microsoft Windows XP, Vista or 7. Citrix is available as a remote access alternative to those who cannot meet these requirements.
