Spanish speakers can visit Realtor.com to receive help with locating single rental units in the Los Angeles area. Viewers can change the language setting to Spanish at any time, according to the National Association of Realtors. Zillow.com also provides a language setting that Spanish speakers can change on mobile devices.
To change the language on Realtor.com, shoppers can visit the international site of Realtor.com and scroll down to the bottom of the home page to select the Spanish language link. After clicking the link, the website automatically translates to the Spanish language, and users have the same identical look and feature as English viewers, reveals Realtor.com. The mobile application also offers the feature to change the language setting from English to Spanish.
In March 2013, Zillow updated its mobile application on Android devices to have the option to amend the language to Spanish, explains Zillow. With this feature, Spanish speakers can easily use the application to search for rental units in the Los Angeles area, since the translation makes reading the listings simple. The mobile app requires the user to have at least the Android 4.1 operating system to work properly. As of 2015, there is no option on the Zillow website to translate into Spanish.
