Only those individuals working for companies that are clients of ADP can register for iPayStatements. To obtain a self-service registration code, employees must consult with their administrator. An employee is able to view, save or print copies of his W-2s, 1099s and pay statements with the iPayStatements application, advises ADP.
Passwords for iPayStatements are case sensitive. If an employee answers his challenge question incorrectly, the application allows him to attempt two more times to answer the question correctly, according to ADP. If the employee fails to answer the question correctly in these two attempts, the application locks out the employee. In the event of a lock out, an employee must ask his client administrator to reset his password. ADP cannot reinstate an employee's access to the application.
To use iPayStatements, an individual must use a compatible browser, and his computer must be set to accept cookies, notes ADP. An individual must adjust his security settings and turn pop-up blockers off to access the application.
