Full Answer

Survey-takers have the option to take surveys in English or Spanish. To take the survey, customers need their Rite Aid receipt. The survey requires users to enter both the cashier code at the top of the receipt and a separate 16-digit code at the bottom of the receipt. You cannot complete the survey without both of these numbers. Once the survey is completed, you have the option to enter a sweepstakes.

Customer service can also be contacted by calling 1-800-748-3243. The operating hours for customer service telephone support are posted on the site, and customer service is available six days per week. It is not available on Sundays. The Customer Care Center has a live chat option for shoppers who prefer online chatting to direct phone contact. Using either method, customers can speak to a representative in real-time. Another option is to email a representative. The page allows shoppers to enter contact information and communicate by email.
