Send money to anyone with a valid South African cellphone number using eWallet with First National Bank online banking functions, applications or automated teller machines, explains FNB. You cannot use this service with a cellphone if using Nokia Lumia phones and all other Windows 7.5 and 8 phones.
To use online banking, log in to FNB online banking and select the send money tab and once-off payment, reports FNB. Next, enter the cellphone number of the person to whom you want to send money, the amount and the account from which you want to send it. Check and confirm the transaction and enter a one-time PIN.
To send money using the FNB banking application, log in and select the send money tab and the account from which you want to send funds, according to FNB. Following this, enter the amount you want to send and the cellphone number of the person to whom you want to send the money. Select send and make sure to confirm the transaction.
To use the ATM option to end money, log in to the ATM and select more options, guides FNB. Afterward, select the send money option and choose eWallet as the recipient. Enter your birthday on the keypad, and read the terms and conditions before continuing. Punch in the cellphone number of the recipient and the amount you want to send. Confirm all the details before selecting to proceed each time.
