Safeway employees can view their salary in the Employee Resource Center section of the store's website. The resource center is for active employees only, and requires a secure User ID and password.
After logging in to the resource center, an employee can access weekly schedules, request time off, access employee resources and bonus programs and access the automated HR system. Employee programs include My AisleOne, Employee Career Service, My 2 Cents and other task free company news. The automated HR system also offers employees an opportunity to sign up for direct deposit. It can be accessed either through the Employee Resource Center or through HRdirect.safeway.com.
