Consumer complaints pertaining to online retailer NoMoreRack, which changed its name to Choxi on April, 23, 2015, appear on a variety of websites dedicated to customer satisfaction, including Pissed Consumer, Complaints List and Ripoff Report. On Facebook, the Choxi/Nomorerack Consumer Complaint Page also exists to serve unhappy shoppers.
As of October 2015, the Better Business Bureau has logged over 2,700 complaints concerning Choxi/NoMoreRack. Problems reported by users include defective merchandise, inferior-quality items, and incorrect or incomplete orders. Customers also report unfulfilled promises made by NoMoreRack's customer service department in regard to product delivery dates and the timely processing of refunds and exchanges.
