View your ProHealth Care MyChart by using the activation code given to you by your doctor, or by clicking the MyChart button on ProHealthCare.org and following the instructions for registering, states ProHealth Care. Registering generates a one-time activation code, sent by email, that you use to access MyChart. This code is only usable for 30 days.
After you use the activation code, MyChart instructs you to create a unique ID and password, according to ProHealth Care. If you forget your password, the company offers a toll-free number on its website to request a new one. Alternately, you can click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to retrieve it.
After you log in, you can view your medical history in MyChart, including medications, allergies and immunizations, explains ProHealth Care. Receive test results, communicate with your doctor and get health information online through the MyChart portal. Test results are available within four to 12 days. MyChart also allows patients to make appointments with doctors, view their appointment history and renew prescriptions online.
If your health information in MyChart is incorrect, ask your doctor to make the corrections at your next appointment, reports ProHealth Care. The information in MyChart comes directly from your electronic medical records, and only your doctor can alter these records.
