When a list of options pops up, click the third option, or the one that says Compliance Assistance Quick Start General Industry. Once redirected to the step-by-step assistance guide, go to step three, and click PDF after Small Business Handbook. The self-inspection scope and checklist is on pages 17 to 40 of the handbook. Click the print icon found in the lower right hand corner of the document, and type "17-40" under Pages to only print the checklist. If PDF is not an option, click on Small Business Handbook instead of PDF, and scroll down to where it says Self-Inspection Checklists. Copy and paste the relevant information into a Word document, and print.
