Those who have a PayPal account may also request a PayPal prepaid MasterCard that provides easy access to funds in the connected PayPal account. These cards can also be reloaded using a GreenDot MoneyPak or by purchasing a PayPal reload at a variety of retailers, including Family Dollar, Dollar General and Food Lion.
