To upload a resume on Monster.com, individuals can hover their cursors over the website's Resume drop-down menu and choose Post Resume. If a job seeker already has a resume file, that individual can upload it by clicking on the Upload My Resume tab. Users can also click on the Create a Resume button to create a resume on Monster.com. The website also has several resume-writing tips and articles to help job seekers attract employer attention.
Job seekers can post their resumes on CareerBuilder.com by clicking on the Resumes link at the top of the home page. On the Add Your Resume page, users can then add desired job title, their individual city, state or ZIP code and attach their resumes either from the computer, DropBox or Google Drive. Users can also display their contact information for employers to get in touch with them.
