To pay online, sign in to My Account and click Pay My Bill on the main screen. Online payments can be set up to be recurring or customers can make one-time payments.
The My TWC app can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store. Launch and sign in to the app. Select Make Payment from the main screen. Select Please Select Payment Method. Payments can be made with electronic funds transfer, debit card or credit card.
Phone payments can be made with a credit card or checking account. With a paper bill and credit card ready, call and say "pay my bill" when asked what the call is regarding. Follow the prompts to complete the payment.
Payments made in person at a Time Warner Cable store must be for local services. Bills paid in person can also be paid with cash, check or money order in addition to other options.
