From Bexar.org, click on Tax Assessor-Collector under the Business or Community tab. Then click on one of the links offering online tax payments. On the Online Property Tax Payments page, click on any of the heading links to go to a page to search for an account by name, address, account number or other listed option. Click on the correct listing to see a summary of property tax information, and choose the Pay Now option to proceed with the payment.

Tax payments are credited on the day of the online transaction; however, it may take three to five days for a payment to appear on the credit card or electronic check. After the transaction, the website sends a confirmation email to the email address submitted in the check-out process. There may be a convenience fee for credit card payments, but an electronic check payment is free of charge, as of August 2015. Payments are processed by a third-party agency called Collector Solutions.
