As of April 2015, Texas customers can pay their Ambit energy bills by phone via an automated system or a customer-care agent. Agents are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., as of April 2015.
As of 2015, Texas customers who have a MyAmbit account can pay bills online using a computer, web-enabled television or a mobile device. Ambit offers an automatic monthly payment option as well. Customers can enroll in the payment program with a credit card or bank account. Customers also have the option of mailing check and money-order payments and making cash payments in person at agent locations.
