Windows users can obtain ADP payroll training through on-site classes, online courses, e-learning modules and certification programs. ADP offers these training options to all companies that purchase the payroll software. Clients can access specific training classes through the Learn@ADP website portal where they register for classroom-based courses, attend instructor-led virtual classes and track their individual learner history.Continue Reading
ADP's on-site training takes place in the client's office and may involve training many users at once. The session lasts a single day and teaches employees on all the major features of the ADP payroll program. The virtual courses require payroll users to log into the ADP's online module at regular intervals throughout the year to interact with live instructors who provide the option for students to ask beneficial questions and get prompt responses.
The e-learning model is available at the Learn@ADP website. Students log in using their ID and password received during purchase of the software and complete available modules at their own pace. Unlike on-site training and virtual courses, ADP's e-learning modules are free of charge and at the end of each model each employee receives a proof of completion page to take to the employer.
ADP certification is for clients who wish to demonstrate their knowledge of the ADP payroll software. Interested learners take the exam through Pearson Vue, a testing center that provides all resources required for registration, preparation and taking the exam.Learn more about Accounting
