Walmart lets customers log a complaint through an online feedback web portal on their corporate site. There are several different selections customers can choose from to direct them to the right department for lodging the complaint.
Store experience, job openings and product questions are a few of the most pertinent selections customers can make when making a complaint. Once the section is made, there is a box where customers can enter what their complaints pertain to and then the customer can actually point out the exact store the complaint originated from. By doing this, the company can pinpoint exactly where the problem occurred.
