A customer can pay his Time Warner bill by using "My Account" on the Time Warner Cable website or by using the My TWC app to make payments via a mobile device. Credit cards, debit cards and bank accounts are acceptable forms of payment, according to the Time Warner website.
Users can make one-time payments using the My Account feature and the My TWC app. Recurring payments can be set up using the My Account feature only, explains Time Warner Cable. Credit cards accepted for both options include American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Debit cards accepted include all MasterCard and Visa cards with an identifiable NYCE, PLUS or STAR logo on the back. An Electronic Funds Transfer is also an acceptable form of payment with a linked checking or savings account.
The My TWC app is free for download for iOS devices via iTunes and for Android users via Google Play. Customers who do not wish to make an online payment can make a payment in person at a TWC store location, notes the official Time Warner Cable website. In addition, payments can also be made by phone by dialing 1-800-TWC-HELP and saying the words "pay my bill" when prompted.
