Online Account Access is required with Credit One before online payments can be made. A registration form has to be filled out to set this up. With Online Account Access, there are two payment options: Express Payment and Standard Payment.
When processing a payment using the Express Payment method, the card holder can pay online using a debit card, ATM card or a bank account. The funds are typically available to the cardholder on the following business day. Standard payments work differently in two respects. First, it is only possible to make a payment with a bank account using the Standard Payment option. Second, the funds that are being paid can take up to 4 business days to register and become available to the cardholder.
In terms of charges, online Standard Payments are free, but online Express Payments incur a charge of $9.95. The minimum payment that can be made online is $1 and the maximum is whatever balance is on the account.
In addition to making ad hoc online payments to a Credit One credit card, it is also possible to manage the card's regular payment date. This can be altered in the Update My Info section when the cardholder is logged into their online account.
