North American Spine has been a BBB-accredited business since Sept. 7, 2010, and the company has resolved two complaints filed on BBB.org with the bureau’s assistance, as of April 2015, according to the website. One complaint involved billing issues in which the customer requested a refund of $827 for the airline tickets she had to purchase to undergo the medical procedure that was moved to a different date due to the unavailability of the scheduled doctor.
