Make a payment for Alfa Insurance premiums or bills online by visiting AlfaInsurance.com and clicking on the Make a Payment link under the Customer Care tab in the main navigation bar, as of 2015. On the payments page, choose the business type from the drop down list, and provide the customer's policy number and ZIP code to view balances and make payments.
When viewing the Make a Payment page, customers must begin by selecting the appropriate insurance plan or account options from the available drop down list, which appears under the Type of Business header. Customers may choose from various options, including Auto, Loans, Membership, Watercraft or Life. Customers may also choose Billing Account to make payments on a monthly billing account statement with the company, or choose Other for any plan that does not appear on the list. Next, the customer must enter the account policy number as it appears on a physical billing statement and the billing ZIP code.
Customers may also make payments by downloading the Alfa2Go smartphone app for Android and iOS devices. Payments made through the app follow a process similar to the website, wherein customers must choose an account type and provide the appropriate policy number and billing ZIP code to view details about amounts due. Each method allows for various payment options, which may change over time according to company policy.
