The State of California's Denti-Cal website uses the InsureKidsNow.gov search engine, which searches for dentists who participate in Denti-Cal directly or through one of the three managed care plans. These plans are Access Dental, Health Net Dental and Liberty Dental, according to Denti-Cal. The search results can be filtered according to location and restricted only to providers who are accepting new patients. Additional search criteria are available to find dentists who treat children with special needs, speak another language or are specialists.
