Some states have multiple tax site listings or just list a business tax site link under the Taxation heading on the IRS website, notes IRS.gov. If searching for individual taxpayer form instructions, first click an available link under the Taxation heading. Next, click the individual tax forms link or, if one is not available, enter the search phrase "individual tax forms" into the search field on the state's landing page. Locate the correct form and instructions on the state's tax forms Web page.
