To cancel an order or request a refund, call Member Services Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, or Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST, notes Horizon Card Services. Refund requests must occur within 30 days of the billing date.
