Employees who wish to access their single sign-on account can do so by going to the LAUSD home page and selecting Employee Self Service. Click Get Support to arrive at the single sign-on self-service console.

If you don't have a single sign-on account, click on Activate Your LAUSD Account, and then provide your date of birth, employee number and the last four digits of your Social Security number. To change your password, click on the Change Your Existing Password option.

Employees can only access payroll information online via personal computers, as the system doesn't support Mac computers and mobile devices. Mac users can access their payroll information by downloading Citrix, which acts as a portal to their online environment, allowing their browser to access the employee self-service page normally. Citrix works best on Firefox and Safari.

If you have any technical problems accessing an account, contact the IT help desk for assistance.
