You can complete a Rite Aid store survey in the Customer Care section of Rite Aid's website. This is where you can provide general feedback by contacting customer support and take a survey for a chance to win $1,000 if you have a valid receipt, as of July 2015.
You can contact Rite Aid's customer support or corporate department through email, live chat and by phone during customer service hours. If you received a receipt with a message for a chance to win $1,000, click on which survey you are eligible to take--the pharmacy or the store survey. You have to enter the 16-digit code on your receipt to do so.
