RockAuto order status is available at RockAuto.com on the order status and returns page as of April 2015. A customer must input his registered phone number or email address and the order number to locate his order. If he cannot find his order number, he must input his email address.
When RockAuto ships the last part of an order, it sends the customer an email containing a tracking number. The customer clicks the number to reveal the shipment's expected arrival date. Approximate dates of delivery are available before customers place their orders, but RockAuto does not guarantee them. The carrier determines the arrival date. Customers can also request order changes, notify the company of order or shipment problems, obtain return instructions and track returns at the RockAuto website.
