Taxpayers can find California tax forms for prior years by visiting the State of California Franchise Tax Board website (ftb.ca.gov), clicking on Getting Forms on the right-hand side of the page, and then clicking on Form Locator, notes the site. Select tax year 2013 from the drop down menu in the form locator box.
Select the taxpayer type in the Form Locator to choose from individual, corporation, limited liability, partnerships, estates and trusts or exempt tax forms. Next, select the form type or enter the form number or keywords to find the specific form desired. Click Get Forms to initiate a search, and then click on the form in the search results to pull it up and print it.
