To sign up for automatic payments, log in to a MyDish account, select the On option for AutoPay, enter payment details under the AutoPay form, and then click Submit. A subscriber must pay any current charges due before enrollment with AutoPay in order to ensure on-time bill payments. If a subscriber no longer wishes to have an account enrolled in AutoPay, the subscriber returns to the same page and selects the Off option to discontinue making automatic payments.
A subscriber also has the option of enrolling in paperless billing when managing a MyDish account. With paperless billing, subscribers do not receive a paper bills in the mail, but instead have the ability to view their bills online each month. To enroll, log in to the online account, select the Off option for paper billing, and then click Submit. The company sends email notifications when a bill is ready for viewing each month.
