To find bill payment centers for DTE Energy, visit the company website at DTEEnergy.com, click help Center, select Pay In Person under the Pay My Bill heading, enter a ZIP code and click Find. Click the Find A Kiosk Location link to pay at a Rite Aid Pharmacy kiosk.
The search results display the name, address, phone number and directions for each DTE Energy bill payment center.
As of 2015, authorized pay agents have the DTE Energy logo posted at the payment location and your payment is credited to your account in four hours or less. When paying at a third party payment center, it can take longer for your payment to post to your account.
