Capital One online banking enables customers to activate their new Credit One credit cards online and manage those accounts from one site. Small business banking customers can also manage their small business lines of credit, United States Small Business Administration lines of credit and small business credit cards, if applicable.
Online banking at Capital One allows for bill pay, according to the Capital One website. Customers can make payments to their credit cards without having to mail in a physical check and envelope to the company. Then they can check whether the payment has been posted to their credit card account. Customers can also schedule payments to be posted for a future date. Automatic payments enable customers to never have to remember whether they have paid the bill or be caught at the last minute having to make a payment.
Customers can see their most recent credit card statements, and they can choose to stop receiving paper credit card statements altogether. They can download credit card statements at any time.
Customers can make more basic changes as well. They can change their address, change their password, change their user name, get information regarding their credit card rewards and unlink credit card accounts that may have been linked, among other activities.
