After accessing the Wallet feature, click the box that reads Link a Bank to add a new checking or savings account to your PayPal account. Select your bank by clicking the appropriate institution's icon on the subsequent page to begin the verification process.

Click the appropriate checking or savings account tab on the subsequent page. Enter the respective routing and account number and review your entries for accuracy. Click the Agree and Link bar at the bottom to proceed to the confirmation page.

Confirming your bank account takes a few minutes if you bank online; sign into your bank account and follow the instructions provided to complete the setup.

If you do not have access to online banking, PayPal sends and retrieves two small deposits to your bank account. Depending on your bank, the deposits hit your account within two to five business days. When the deposits are available to view in your account, sign back into PayPal and confirm the amounts through the link provided on your account page. Your bank account link to your PayPal account immediately after confirming the deposit amounts.
