Apply for a Sam's Club credit card by going to your local club and filling out an application or by going to the Sam's Club personal credit Web page and clicking on either one of the Apply Now buttons at the bottom of the page. The two types of personal credit cards that are available are the Sam's Club MasterCard and the Sam's Club credit card, according to Sam's Club.
The Sam's Club MasterCard has some benefits that the Sam's Club credit card does not have, states Sam's Club. With the Sam's Club MasterCard you get 5 percent cash back on gas, 3 percent cash back on dining and travel, and one percent cash back on other purchases. You can also use this card wherever MasterCard is accepted, and you have price protection up to 60 days. The Sam's Club MasterCard also includes identity theft resolution services.
All Sam’s Club and Walmart locations nationwide accept both types of Sam's Club credit cards, reports Sam's Club. Both cards have no annual fee, double as your membership card, and provide you with online access to the Sam's Club credit Web page. You may pay your bill for both type of cards at any Sam's Club register or service desk, at any Walmart Stores register, online, or over the phone by calling the number on the back of the card.
