Once determined eligible, you receive an approval letter that is valid for MO HealthNet services until you receive your identification card. Applicants eligible for MO HealthNet Managed Care must enroll in a health plan and show both the MO HealthNet and MO HealthNet Managed Care cards each time they seek medical services.

As of 2015, call the FSD Information Center to check on your application. Online applicants can check their status or receive support by calling the FSD Contact Center. You can get more information on MO HealthNet support, services and programs for children, family, youth and those with disabilities by visiting Missouri's Department of Social Services website (dss.mo.gov) and selecting Health Care.
