To apply online through the Marketplace, go to HealthCare.gov, click Get Coverage in the upper left-hand corner, and choose your state from the pull-down menu, states HealthCare.gov. After clicking the green Get Coverage button that appears below the pull-down menu, create a Marketplace account and fill out the application.
To apply via phone, call the Marketplace Call Center and a customer service representative assists with filling out the application over the phone, reports HealthCare.gov. To apply by mail, download and print the Marketplace application and instructions from the HealthCare.gov website, and then mail the finished application to the address given on the instructions. To find trained assistance to help you fill out the application in person, click the Find Local Help link and type in your ZIP code or city and state in the search box that appears. This may result in you being redirected to your state Marketplace website.Learn more about Health Insurance
