To search all available job openings in the specified state, click on the View all jobs at McDonald's link after clicking on the View Jobs tab. Alternatively, after selecting a city and state on the Home page, click on the Jobs tab to view the various positions available at each restaurant in the specified city. A map shows the location of each restaurant in and around the city. Click the View Details button for a description of the job opening, the hours and pay rate. After selecting the Apply Here button under the desired location, choose English or Spanish from the drop-down menu, fill out the application and submit it.

As of 2015, available job positions at McDonald's restaurants include Crew Member, Crew Trainer, Maintenance, Shift Manager and Management. As stated on McDonalds.com, employee benefits include flexible hours, medical insurance, meal discounts, holiday pay, job advancement, free uniforms and training programs.
