It is not necessary to apply for CenturyLink bill pay. To use the service, go to the CenturyLink Quick Bill Pay page, input your billing phone number or account number and hit Continue. You are then asked for other account information to prove you are the customer.
After validating the account, pay the bill by indicating if you are using a checking, savings or money market account, credit or debit card, or ATM withdrawal. Options slightly vary by geographic area. Click Submit. Record the confirmation number so you have proof of payment. In addition to Quick Bill Pay, several other payment alternatives are accepted by CenturyLink.
Pay bills online through My Account or over the telephone with an automated service or an agent. These approaches use the same payment methods as Quick Bill Pay. If you pay your bill in person at a CenturyLink store, you have those choices plus the additional options of cash and money order. AutoPay allows a checking or savings account or debit or credit card to be charged automatically. Bills that are mailed in are paid through check or money orders.
When bills are past due, customers should contact CenturyLink to make payment arrangements. A payment plan is set up, which takes into account the reason fees are late, the amount owed and payment history.
