An ADP FlexDirect claim form is an electronic or paper submission used to resolve an overpayment on a user account by Automatic Data Processing, Inc. The overpayment is created by an unsubstantiated purchase in case of a lost receipt, as noted on ADP.com.
Paper claim forms should not be submitted for purchases made with the user's card, as stated on ADP.com. The user's card remains temporarily deactivated until overpayments are removed from the user's account.
The Inventory Information Approval System has been implemented by merchants nationwide in order to reduce the number of receipt submissions. Having to fill claim forms can be avoided by retaining itemized receipts should one be asked to provide them later.
